Southwest Soup

15.5 oz can of black beans

15.5 oz can of diced tomatoes

15.5 oz can of tomato sauce

32 oz Organic Chicken Stock

32 oz Water

1/4 Yellow Onion (finely diced)

4 Tablespoons Big Daddy Hill's Keto Fajita Seasoning

1 lbs. 16-20 count shrimp (uncooked, peeled and deveined)

Add all ingredients to a medium sized pot and bring to a boil. Reduce to a simmer and cook for approximately 15-20 minutes. The soup will be ready once the shrimp has turned pink in color.  

Add salt and pepper to taste, serve with tortilla chips.  

Also great add-ons: Shredded cheese, and sliced avocado.
