This is a great all around rub for bbq, but we especially like it on pork shoulder AKA the Boston Butt or pork butt. Apply a nice base coat of mustard to the pork shoulder, and then a liberal amount of rub to your meat. We recommend smoking at 225 degrees until an internal temp of 165 degrees, wrap in pink butcher paper, and cook until an internal temp of 205 degrees. Remove the meat from the smoker and allow to rest for a minimum of 1 hour. If placed in a cooler it will stay warm for hours! Unwrap and enjoy fall off the bone pull pork.
