Ingredients:
1 - Boneless, Skinless Turkey Breast (approximately 2.5 lbs)
3 Tbl - Big Daddy Hill's Blackening Bayou Blend
1/4 Cup - Big Daddy Hill's Bird Bath Turkey Brine
1/4 Cup - Water
1/4 Cup - Olive Oil
Tools Needed:
Injector Needle
Air Fryer
Instant Read Thermometer
Recipe:
Mix Bird Bath, Water, and Olive Oil together in a cup or bowl. Inject turkey breast. You will have enough injection mix to prepare 3-4 turkey breast. Season evenly on all sides with Big Daddy Hill's Blackening Bayou Blend.
Pre-heat your air fryer for two minutes at 370 degrees.
Use some olive oil and a brush (or spray olive oil) to coat your air fryer basket to prevent sticking. Place the turkey breast in the air fryer and cook for 10 minutes. Flip the turkey breast and continue cooking for an additional 10 minutes. Probe the turkey breast for internal temperature. Continue cooking in 10 minute increments flipping each time and probing for temperature each time until 165 degrees has been reached.
Once 165 degrees has been met, pull the turkey from the air fryer basket and allow to rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
Slice the turkey breast and serve hot, or store in the refrigerator for one week for turkey sandwiches.
